Our Process

Week 1

Initial Meeting & Display Viewing

Your journey begins with a friendly, no-pressure meeting where you’ll view one of our display homes and chat with our team about your vision. This step helps us understand your needs, budget, and style preferences. Once you’re ready to proceed, a $1,000 holding deposit secures your build slot.

Week 2

Finalise Plans & Inclusions

In week two, we work closely with you to finalise the floor plan, materials, finishes, and any optional inclusions you’d like added. Once everything is agreed upon, your first progress payment is made so we can commence your build.

Week 3

Plans Approved in Workshop

Your finalised design is submitted for internal approval and moved into our production queue. At this point, materials are ordered and preparations are made to begin construction.

Week 4

Build Commencement

Construction officially begins as our team assembles the structural framework, installs beams, and completes all galvanising work. These foundational steps ensure strength, stability, and long-lasting performance.

Week 5

External Finishing

By week five, your new home begins to take shape visually as we complete the external spray painting and install the outer panels. The structure starts to resemble the finished product and excitement really starts to build.

Interior Fit-Out

This week, we install internal walls and lay the vinyl flooring in your selected colour scheme. Window frames, power points, and light fittings are also added, creating the functional interior layout.

Week 6

Week 7

Bathroom Installation

All bathroom features are installed, including the shower, toilet, vanity, and other plumbing fixtures. Waterproofing is completed and the space is fitted out with practical and stylish finishes.

Week 7

Week 8

Kitchen Installation & Site Prep

Your kitchen is installed this week with cabinetry, benchtops, a sink, and fixtures included. We also begin preparing your property site, including the installation of concrete footings and piers if required.

Week 9

Plumbing & Electrical Connections

The final services are connected as we link up your plumbing and electrical mains (where applicable). All systems are tested and inspected to ensure safety and compliance with Australian standards.

Week 10

Delivery & Final Setup

The final payment is made, and your home is delivered to your site. If crane installation is required, this is handled at this stage. The build is completed with a full home setup, ready for you to move in and enjoy.
