Does the price include delivery?
Do you install the homes?
We do offer set up & fit out at an additional cost, dependent on your location.
Do your homes require council approval?
We find council requirements can vary, however we do prefer to work on the tiny home model on trailers. The homes are then considered relocatable & will often bypass council fees and approvals. We recommend contacting your local council directly for precise regulations if placing the home on a trailer isn’t an option.
Do trailers need to be registered?
No, it does not need to be registered, just compliant. The only requirement is that ithe trailer has a VIN number and a compliance plate.
What is the foundation for your homes?
Our homes can be placed on various foundations, depending on the size, configuration and location. The most common types of foundations are concrete slabs or piers/footings.
What is turn around time?
If the unit is not in stock or has been made to order, please allow a 10-12 week turn around. However, if we have the item in stock we can arrange immediate delivery.
Are your homes Australian made?
What is the home made of?
The home is built using 75mm insulated EPS panels for strong thermal efficiency.
The frame is steel and fully galvanised to prevent rust and extend durability. Each unit comes complete with windows, flooring, bathroom, and kitchen. This makes it ready to use upon installation.
Do they come with warranty?
