A bit about Expanda Homes

We offer a comprehensive setup service, including the option to provide a trailer from our local supplier to bypass council fees and approvals. Additionally, we provide delivery, crane, and placement options (additional costs apply).

All our granny flats come fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, and Australian-approved electrical and plumbing systems. Choose from a variety of models and colours, including light grey, dark grey, and white. We can also accommodate small modifications to our homes upon request, so feel free to reach out via email for more details.
